Electromagnetic Demagnetizer Intended for Manual Operation

Impulse demagnetizers of our production represent a unique technical solution for the demagnetization of products or semi-finished products in the production process. Unlike traditional demagnetization tunnels, our demagnetizers are characterized by higher demagnetization efficiency with lower energy consumption. The E120S demagnetizer with the input power of 200 W was able to replace the demagnetization tunnel with the input power of 20 kW, while the demagnetization tunnel could not even meet the required degree of the demagnetization of the products.

 The special impulse character of the demagnetization field ensures efficient and fast demagnetization. The design of the magnetic circuit enables the achievement of a higher intensity of the magnetic field in the proximity of the demagnetized object, which allows even strongly magnetized objects to be demagnetized. The magnetic circuit significantly reduces the emission from the magnetic field of the demagnetizer into the surrounding environment, which also protects the operating personnel working in its proximity. The demagnetized object is placed by the operating personnel on the working surface of the demagnetizer. After placing the object, the demagnetization cycle is started.

The demagnetizer works in the continuous demagnetization mode. After turning on the main switch, the demagnetizer starts the demagnetization cycle, which is automatically repeated. The progress of the demagnetization process is signalized by the LED placed on the cover of the demagnetizer. It enables the visual control by the operator during the work with the demagnetizer. The demagnetizer consists of two separate parts – namely the power and control electronics in the distribution box (EU) and the electromagnetic demagnetizer unit, created by the magnetic circuit and excitation winding (MU).

Pulse Demagnetizer Designed for Automated Operation

The pulse demagnetizers of our production represent a unique technical solution for the demagnetization of the products or semi-finished products in the production process. Unlike the traditional demagnetization tunnels, our demagnetizers are characterized by the higher demagnetization efficiency with the lower energy consumption. The E120S demagnetizer with the input power of 200 W was able to replace the demagnetization tunnel with the input power of 20 kW, while the demagnetization tunnel could not even meet the required degree of the demagnetization of the products.

The special impulse character of the demagnetization field ensures efficient and fast demagnetization. The design of the magnetic circuit enables the achievement of the higher intensity of the magnetic field in the proximity of the demagnetized object, which allows even strongly magnetized objects to be demagnetized. The magnetic circuit significantly reduces the radiation of the magnetic field in the proximity of the demagnetizer, which also protects the operators working in their proximity. The demagnetized object is transported into the working space by a conveyor belt. This makes it possible to achieve the desired location of the object in the workspace and at the same time it reduces the risk of the injury of the operator in case of the incorrect handling.

The demagnetizer works in two modes – basic and synchronized. In the basic mode, the demagnetization cycle runs continuously. After the end of one cycle, the second one starts automatically. In the synchronized mode, the cycle starts only after entering a command from the superior control system. After completing the cycle, the demagnetizer informs the superior system and waits for the next start. The mutual communication takes place using the relay contacts with the working voltage adapted to the needs of the superior system. Relay contacts ensure galvanic separation of the power electronics and control electronics. The progress bar of the demagnetization process is signalized by a LED diode on the demagnetizer. It thus enables the visual control for the operator working with the demagnetizer. The demagnetizer consists of two separate parts: the power and control electronics in the distribution box (EU) and the electromagnetic demagnetizer unit, formed by a magnetic circuit and excitation winding (MU). At the customer’s request, it is possible to equip the demagnetizer with pole extensions, which allow to increase the variability of the dimensions of the demagnetized objects.
